Thank you for your recent interest in MetroTowns at Parkside, the new townhome community that will soon be built near the Minnesota Avenue Metro Station. MetroTowns at Parkside are conveniently located just moments from downtown DC via Metro or car and will offer everything you'd expect from a brand new home.

We wanted to take a moment to update you on the sales process.  The MetroTowns Sales Center is now on-site and nearly complete.  We will begin sales in the coming weeks.
