What oh What shoudl we put here We can fill this area with as much or as little info as we want. What should we lead this newsletter off with? Meet Ross and Chris, some other news - I feel as if we have enough news in this piece already so I think something a little more on the light-hearted side would be good, but I'm not exactly sure what that would be. Open to suggestions.

Oh - and a big shout out to Mark and Cecilia Franceski for having their baby boy this past Tuesday. He weighed almost 9lbs and we are all sure will grow up to be taller than Mark - and hopefully smarter.

The Village at King Farm Sells Out
M|B's Affordable Experience pays off
McWilliams|Ballards vast experience selling all product types, including mixed-income and affordable housing payed off when they announced that all homes at The Village at King Farm had sold and settleled. The Village of King Farm was a collaboration between the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development and the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities commission. In March of 2008, the two entities worked closely together to purchase The Village at King Farm with the intent to provide Workforce Housing and home ownership opportunities to people with incomes between 71% and 120% of the Washington, DC area media income.
