HOMES BEGIN TO TAKE SHAPE!

 

What a difference a month makes! With every passing day, we get one step closer to welcoming our first homeowners to their new homes. Over the past month, the construction team has made incredible progress, finishing almost all of the drywall work in each of the units, with some units now receiving their crown mouldings, cabinets and countertops.

In the next few weeks, each home will begin to take shape as cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, flooring and appliances are delivered, installed and prepped for final delivery later this year. Dominion Heights will deliver its first units starting on the lower levels in the later part of this year, with all floors and units complete in the first part of 2013! As we get closer to delivery, we'll be sure to keep you posted on delivery timelines for each and every floor and unit.

Painting has begun!

With almost all of the brick work now complete, painting has begun on the exterior. With final site work underway, it won't be long before all exterior work is complete!

Cabinets are going in!

With drywall now hung in all the units, cabinet installation has commenced. As you can see - they are GORGEOUS! In a few select units, even the beautiful granite countertops have begun to be installed!
