With crews hard at work, we are diligently moving closer to welcoming our first homeowners back to the community. To that end, below is a quick update on some of the latest construction milestones at Osprey Bay:

• Over 40 new cottages have arrived onsite and are in the installation process.
• The new infrastructure for Osprey Bay including water, sewer, and electricity continues to make great progress. The water in phases 1 and 2 is complete and the sewer throughout the community is now complete.
• Construction at the clubhouse is underway and on schedule. The new windows, metal roof, and interior drywall is installed. The bathroom tile, flooring, and cabinets are all being installed this week.
• A new resort pool is under construction and moving along smoothly. The shell was poured and pavers have been delivered for installation.
• New palm trees have been added along the main boulevard.
• The main entrance road has been repaved.
• A new perimeter fence has been installed.
• Our new temporary sales office is open daily.
