The community is abuzz! We wanted to provide you with an update on the amazing progress happening at Osprey Bay.
We are preparing to welcome our first homeowners back to the community and we couldn’t be more excited! We all have worked extremely hard to make Osprey Bay the premier community in Southwest Florida. Bringing our residents home and welcoming our new residents is what we have all been waiting for.
We enjoyed seeing many of our residents together again for an afternoon of sunshine, food, music, and smiles at our Grand Opening event. We want to share some updates and images of Osprey Bay for those who couldn’t attend to see the progress. Please see that update below:
- Over 95 new cottages are onsite and in different phases of the installation process.

The new infrastructure for Osprey Bay including water, sewer, and electricity continues to make great progress. FPL continues with their work and several areas of the community have power..

The clubhouse is complete. It looks amazing! We are so excited to make this beautiful amenity available as the hub of Osprey’s social life.

A new resort pool is simply stunning and provides refreshing waterside amenity. We’re saving a ledge lounger for you.

New tropical landscaping around the clubhouse, pool, outdoor area, and putting green is lush and lovely. The streets are attorned with tropical trees.
- The main roads have been repaved in phase one and the remainder of the community is scheduled to begin repaved this month.
