I hope my note finds you well and enjoying this beautiful Fall weather. I also wanted to share with you a quick update regarding Trafalgar Flats.
I noticed that many of our recent purchasers first visited our community over one year ago. This has prompted me to send you a quick reminder that with 74 sales thus far this year, there are only 4 residences remaining.
During this scenic season, our new neighbors are frequently getting together to grill out on our spacious, outdoor, courtyard plaza. I frequently encounter them strolling to one of our numerous restaurants for a lovely dinner or perhaps to the new Harris Teeter/ Starbucks only two blocks away. Our private community gym has been popular and neighbors have been meeting at the nearby Arlington Mill Fitness Center for pick-up basketball games or swimming. With Four Mile Run Trail across the street and convenient community bike storage, residents are “staying on the move” and getting in a great work-out.
We still have studio, one and two bedroom residences available from the $330s to the upper $500s as well as some new incentives. All homes include an abundance of luxury features as well as a secure underground parking spaces.
