Dear {%first_name%},

Greetings from The Tyndall. We hope this email finds you and your family well. As Austin starts to move away from the stay at home guidelines we wanted to invite you back for a virtual or physical visit to the property. The Tyndall has put in place many measures, in keeping with local and federal guidelines, to ensure the safety of both residents and guest. To that end, we aim to keep tour sizes to a minimum, ensure everyone wear a face mask and have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting processes around the building.

Select one- and two-bedroom residences remain available and ready for immediate occupancy. If you are still in the market for a new home, we’d be delighted to present these residences to you. Depending on your needs we are please to conduct your appointment via video conference or at the building – whatever you prefer.

To update you on our current pricing, our one-bedroom homes range from $380,000 to $505,000 and our two-bedroom residences range from $465,000 to $1.4m. We have a variety of views and color palettes available.

Each home at the Tyndall features European style kitchen and bath cabinetry by Italkraft; wide plank hardwood flooring; custom window coverings; stainless steel appliances; frameless glass shower enclosures; plenty of closet space and much more. Additionally, The Tyndall is a full service building featuring over 20,000 square feet of amenity space including 24 hour manned front desk with Concierge; resident patio with fireplace; swimming pool overlooking downtown; outdoor grilling area and entertaining kitchen; conference rooms; fitness area; dog park and more.

We would enjoy re-connecting with you about the exciting opportunities that remain at The Tyndall. Contact us today at cbreeland@mcwb.com, csouza@mcwb.com or give us a call at 512.649.3088.

We look forward to sharing with you what awaits at The Tyndall.
